EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES Program Analysts design, develop and test computer programs for business applications; analyze software requirements to determine business problems and offer viable solutions. Additional responsibilities include interfacing with clients, coding programs in COBOL, C, or JAVA, understanding how a relational data base work, data modeling, and teaching end users.
