The Retention, Assessment, Placement, Intake and Development System (The
RAPID System), is a highly advanced client/server, GUI-based system which
automates the facility-wide screening, tracking and referral of clients.
The open design of The RAPIDú System allows you to interface with
existing software environments and other systems.
Clients commonly receive services from multiple agencies. When applying
for these services, applicants must repeatedly answer the same or similar
questions. Personnel must then re-enter data which may be available in
other non-integrated systems. Maintaining client data in multiple systems,
some of which are not automated, makes it difficult to assess a client's
status and/or history, resulting in less than optimal service.
The RAPID System consolidates critical client data so that client information
is readily available in multiple formats. By synchronizing information,
intake administrators and coordinators can quickly assess client data
and; thereby, provide a single source of information for all agencies
to consult and share.
Features:
Captures customer/client information demographics, preferences,
appointments and visits
Automatically generates internal reports and customer reports
Confidential and secure restrictions on customers data/history to
unauthorized users
Analyzes customer data and recommends options
Generates date range usage and activity reports
The primary objectives of The RAPID System are:
Provide the flexibility to support any Family Support Center.
Provide efficient, facility-wide client screening, tracking and
referrals.
Provide a high-quality shared client database.
Eliminate redundancy.
Increase productivity by delivering timely and efficient services.
Objectives are addressed through five major system components including,
Client Information, Family Assessment, Client Activity, Agencies and Services.
Client Information
The Client Information component serves as the first point of contact
for both existing and potential clients. It captures basic demographic
data which can be disseminated among varying agencies.
Family Assessment
The Family Assessment element captures client and family information in
order to obtain an overview of the situation. Additionally, it determines
probable eligibility for most services provided by The Support Center
Agencies.
Client Activity
The Client Activity component captures all client activity. A Client Activity
Report (CAR) will be generated for every contact (i.e., meeting, counseling
session, class, etc) between a client and Support Center service provider.
Agencies
The Agencies dynamic is used to identify internal and external agencies.
The Support Center agencies refer clients to a variety of community service
providers. They also receive numerous phone calls requesting information
on resource assistance.
Services
The Services component lists internal and external services available.
Many clients come to The Support Center seeking a particular service.
Often the service is provided by several agencies. The services component
allows a search to be performed identifying all agencies providing the
requested service.
